Refund & Exchange Policy

MikyB:-) will exchange/refund any item(s) that you have purchased online if the item(s) is not what you ordered, if an item(s) is not the size ordered, or if an item(s) is faulty. The item(s) must not have been worn and a copy your packing slip must be returned with the item(s) as proof of purchase. MikyB:-) will cover all postage costs. Please email us prior returning your goods to confirm the exchange/refund.

MikyB:-) will not refund goods outright simply because a customer changes their mind. We are however more than happy arrange an exchange or store credit. Customers are liable for postage costs incurred returning items and the sending new items. The item(s) must not have been worn and a copy your packing slip must be returned with the item(s) as proof of purchase. Please email us prior returning your goods to confirm the exchange.
