Domestic Shipping
We send all items within Australia via Australia
Post regular post satchels. We charge a flat fee of $5.50
per order Australia wide. Delivery takes between 1-6 working days.
We also offer an Express Post option for a flat
fee of $10.50 per order Australia wide. Delivery takes 1-2 days
depending on destination.
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving an order and full
payment.
We also offer Registered Post and TNT Courier services if required.

Delivery/Shipping Delays
If we are aware of any delays in the processing or shipping of your
offer we will advise you as soon as possible by email or telephone.
Items Out Of Stock
We take great care to keep our website up to date with the availability
of all our items. If however an item ordered is out of stock, we
will advise the customer immediately. The customer will be given
the the option to wait for the item, select another another of equal
value or receive a refund for the item.
Refund & Exchange Policy
MikyB:-) will exchange/refund any item(s) that you
have purchased online if the item(s) is not what you ordered, if
an item(s) is not the size ordered, or if an item(s) is faulty.
The item(s) must not have been worn and a copy your packing slip
must be returned with the item(s) as proof of purchase. MikyB:-)
will cover all postage costs. Please email us prior returning your
goods to confirm the exchange/refund.
MikyB:-) will not refund goods outright simply because
a customer changes their mind. We are however more than happy arrange
an exchange or store credit. Customers are liable for postage costs
incurred returning items and the sending new items. The item(s)
must not have been worn and a copy your packing slip must be
returned with the item(s) as proof of purchase. Exchange for a difference
size is also acceptable. Please email us prior returning your goods
to confirm the exchange.
